It was led by Dr. Robert Casper... It was discovered that, when a 52 week-old-mice... (this is about the middle age for the mouse about 40 - 50 years old) ...  was given CoQ10.... the eggs appeared to rejuvenate... and also a bit more eggs developed.

The prescribed medication... Ubiquinol CoQ10 100 mg orally, twice daily... was taken, from the 20 weeks of pregnancy until the delivery of the baby.

Obviously, this is NOT  a project, you will take on your own. You must be under the care of a highly trained physician.  Possibly a Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist, who specializes in high risk pregnancies.... who will monitor your progress closely.

Not enough studies and research is done in this area.  DO NOT use this supplement on your own, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Coenzyme Q10 Benefits for Parkinsons Disease and .....

 The use of CoQ10 is not totally clear at the moment, and more research is needed. But taking supplement might slow down, the clinical decline in people with early Parkinsons disease.

  2. Ubiquinone is more commonly available, and it is the cheaper version in most cases.
