Usually, there are no symptoms or signs of high blood pressure... but when they do occur, it may signal a major or serious life threatening situation.

Hypertension headaches..... chronic and long lasting headaches for days... sometimes not relieved with analgesics
Having any of the above symptoms or signs of high blood pressure does not necessarily mean that, you only have high blood pressure. There may be additional medical ailment coexisting at the same time.
